Hi name is Astrid, I am new mom of a 5mo old baby and I have two amazing pups. Rocky is a 9 year old maltipoo and Broc is a 4 year old Husky. We enjoy going on walks, going to the park, and when I am I shape I run with Broc! Both my pups get along well and can be playful, but Rocky is slowing down and is not loving play time much these days. Broc is always ready for action! haha Both of my dogs have been raised in apartments and they have luckily adapted amazingly well. We don't worry about accidents or damages, so we consider ourselves very luck especially as husky parents.

Hi there! I’m Nathalia and I live with my husband and our dog Lilly. I work part time and my husband works from home, so we are always around the house. We love taking our dog to the park or for hikes in nature. Lilly is an amazing dog, very loving and caring. She is potty trained and can do a lot of tricks, loves going on walks, playing with toys, sunbathing and keeping warm under her blanket. Being a rescue, she sometimes gets a bit vocal when meeting new people, but will acclimate and be on her best behavior in a few minutes. She is great with other dogs, specially of the same energy and height. We are looking forward for a play date!

Hi there! I am a pet parent to the beautiful Bella. She is 8 months, potty trained, and relatively mild-mannered, but still a puppy! She is not a barker, but loves to sniff, chew, and observe. She loves to play, especially wrestling play, and seems to get along best with other young dogs, and bulldogs. She is still learning dog rules, but is pretty good with people ones. I am a mature adult (way more gray than my pre-pandemic picture here), and have settled down into a relatively mellow life of walks, swims and visits with friends. I have an elderly mom in poor health, so I am mask conscious (e.g. always wear when indoor shopping). I work mostly from home, with occasional commutes to SF.

Such breeds include golden retriever, Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix, border Collie & currently a Maltipoo. Walks, play, cuddles and lots of love will be in good supply! Animals are allowed on the furniture and will be constantly supervised throughout my time with them. Your fur baby will get some much love and attention while staying with me. I love getting out and about in my neighborhood and have some nice trails around my area. Please let me know your pets current preferred sleeping conditions(couch, crate, their own bed),if boarding. Any concerns about being inside dog parks or interactions with other dogs. Alfie is a super playful pup! He gets bursts of energy, but he’s small so they don’t last very long. He gets on great with other dogs of all sizes and children.

I adopted Riley and Cameron in 2014 and 2015. They are affectionate and spend most of the day chilling. Riley is more energetic and loves walks and Cameron is more shy and happy to just lay next to you.

Stella is the definition on a Velcro dog and loves to be held at all times so needless to say she is allowed on all our furniture. She plays well with other pets and also loves children.

Mando is a sweet well behaved pup who knows his commands. Very treat motivated. He loves to get out on a walk or play session in the mornings and evenings and otherwise lounges around.

Harry is one big lovable Golden Retriever and he blends in well with our busy household of three kids (ages 8-13). He has done some obedience training, rally work and agility training and he continues to enjoy agility sessions he does with my teenager.

Have two small older dogs super sweet and lazy. They are good with other dogs and cats and kids who are gentle. They are housebroken and don’t need walks but they need to go out / be walked out every 4 hours or so unless in kennels so they don’t have accidents. They are fine with kennels up to 4-5 hours.

Chloe is our second family dog. She is super sweet. Likes other dogs sometimes takes a little time to warm up to humans. She and I usually walk 4+ miles per day. She’s also ok if we miss a walk Very sweet girl

My partner and I adopted our dog in AUG2022 from an organization called Underdog Animal Rescue in Lafayette. We decided to foster to adopt to make sure we were ready to be pet parents. It was a really great to make sure it was the right time and fit for all parties involved. We live in an apartment with access to lots of grassy areas and parks.

I have a lot of experience with dogs and was a dog groomer for 12 years. I have a 2 month old baby and a cat besides Kai our 2 year old aussie. He is very social and loves to play with other dogs, well mannered, neutered, potty trained and crate trained. Needs some exercise but is also happy to lay around. He does shed but I brush him and groom him frequently to keep it to a minimum.

Bear is a 2-year old Australian labradoodle. He is 48 pounds, and the sweetest pup! He is super social and gets along with everyone. He is house trained and potty trained so we do not use the crate anymore. Bear doesn’t like to be alone for more than an hour, so we would need someone to watch and stay with him if possible. My name is Carolyn. My husband Alan and I live in Walnut Creek in a nice home with a large fenced in yard. We have lived here for over 30 years. We have Gracie who is 11 years old and enjoys people, getting petted and gets along well with other dogs and cats. She is a very nice and easy girl. She gets an easy walk twice a day. She used to run and chase the ball. She now walks fast to get the ball and you might not get it back😊. We are open to take care of your pup as long as they get along with cats. We would prefer not a pup with too much energy since Gracie is older — but a curious dog wanting lots of hugs would be perfect💕

Louie is a 45 pound labradoodle who loves food and loves to play! We prefer lower shedding dogs, but can handle shedding dogs if needed (I do have allergies). We live right next to a dog park with mostly friendly dogs so we go very frequently (2x a day most days). We do prefer medium-energy dogs though as we both work from home so we're home all day but there are periods where we're working or days which are harder to get full high energy dog energy out. Louie does have separation anxiety - if he's alone at home he can get anxious, but with another dog, he's usually fine home alone. He LOVES food so he'll get into food if it's available on the counters or on a table. He’ll even open bags and get into closed containers that are plastic or paper for food. He won't do it with a human there, but if it's just dogs or if you're in another room, he may attempt. We have a full instruction manual for the basics of Louie and what he knows.

I am in my mid 30's, work in tech and have 2 dogs, a miniature poodle and a Japanese Akita. I usually have someone to care for my Akita, so the one that needs boarding is my miniature poodle. He is 12 lbs, potty trained, and very calm. He doesn't like big or overly energetic dogs. He does great with smaller, low energy dogs. He's not playful with other dogs, but he LOVES human attention.

Hi we have a 20 pound goldendoodle named Lila. She is friendly, good with kids (we have 3 kids ages 13,11, and 6) and pretty chill. She loves going on walks and playing with other dogs. I would like to host other dogs that also do not shed and weighs 40 pounds or less. We have a fenced yard where dogs can run around. I also try to take her out for a walk twice a day. Lila is not crate trained but loves to stay in her crate with the gate open. She is fine sleeping on her dog bed when she is staying at other peoples houses. Dogs are allowed on our furniture but not on our beds. I’m a SAHM so I’m not gone too long throughout the day.

Looking for this Memorial weekend. We have an 11 wk old golden retriever and can’t do standard boarding because she’s not old enough for a rabies vaccine. She has the Parvo and Bortadella (sp?) though.

Lyla is a super friendly, sweet dog, and gets along with most anyone and any dog. She is used to being around lots of people and kids. Even though she’s getting older and is mellow when home, we take her hiking everyday, so she’d need to be with someone who gets out for daily walks. Lyla is always ready to play. Oh! And she’s obsessed with balls. Most of the year we’re around, but when we’re gone, we’re gone for a month or two. We try to have Lyla stay with friends, but they’re not always available. Looking for people who would be willing to take her for a month or so. We are happy to help you during the times we’re around.

I live in a small condo with my roommate and her Golden Retriever. This makes hosting challenging as it is generally too small of a space for 3 dogs. To swap we are looking for non-shedding dogs under 60lbs, who are crate trained. I have a small fenced yard so walks or dog park visits can be expected if we need to get energy out. If you are open to house sitting instead, Daisy and I would love to return a swap by coming to you and staying with your dog since our home is so small! Daisy is up to date on vaccines and attends Camp Bow Wow doggy day care.

We have a mellow large (probably) lab/greyhound mix. He is 9 years old and likes to sleep and go for walks. We have a large fenced yard although he prefers to stay inside if we give him the option! He gets along well with other dogs, large and small. He isn’t allowed on the furniture except for our daughters bed and even though she is away at college that is still where he prefers to sleep at night. Otherwise he is happy sleeping in a dog bed. I try to take him on a walk once a day although that doesn’t always happen. He is generally good on a leash and doesn’t pull. Every once and a while he will bark at another dog.

We are a family of 4. We keep bees and chickens. Our dog, Knightly, loves people and dogs (sometimes shys away from large dogs unless they are docile - his favorite friend is a golden retriever!).
