Hi we’re the Farrells! We live in Old Town. Duchess is almost one year old, rescued with Lucky Dog. She is super friendly, loves people and dogs. If you see her on the street she may try to kiss you. She is an only child and could use some play dates while we’re at work or even when we’re working from home because she hates conference calls when we could be outside walking or playing instead.

I’m a professional living in NOVA and works in Old Town full time while also finishing my PhD. I’m a quiet homebody but do travel occasionally for work and pleasure. Obi is fairly active for a Shih Tzu, and enjoys playing with other dogs and having his own downtime. He’s Mr. Popular at Affectionate Pet Care in Fairfax.

I'm originally from Maryland but have been living in NOVA since May 2021 starting in Arlington but just relocated to Alexandria. My pup Boden and I like to visit breweries and go on hikes. Boden is great at matching the energy of the other dog and has friends of all sizes. I think he's trying to always show me he'd be a great foster partner but I know I would be a foster fail, so we need more friends with pups!

Hi there! Alfie & I live in a condo in Alexandria with a dog park with a large space to play and run in the neighborhood! I work from home and have a flexible schedule allowing sporadic times for me to be home. Alfie does well with someone who is with him or gets him tired on walks and runs before leaving.

Hi! I’m Justine and this is my 3-year old labradoodle Princess Kneesaa (named after an Ewok warrior princess). I fostered her and her labradoodle friend in August 2023 and I adopted her 3 weeks later (someone else adopted the friend). She doesn’t like staying home alone so I’m mainly looking for someone to watch her on occasional evenings or one weekend day when I have plans and can’t take her with me - and also for the occasional extended stays beyond one day or night when I’m out of town. Of course, I’m happy to reciprocate and watch your pup! Princess Kneesaa is very sweet, chill, easy to take care of, hypoallergenic, and does not shed. She’s potty trained and does not destruct property — though she’s a counter-surfer so if delicious food is within her reach, she’ll devour it! She gets along with other dogs and cats, as well as children of all ages. She loves to run around outside and likes to play with toys inside (on her own, therefore not bothering you), but most of the time, she sleeps! She doesn’t bark often, except when she hears someone at the door or hears other dogs outside, or when she sees wildlife out the window. My house does not have a fully fenced-in backyard but I have two 30-feet leashes and I can put our pups out back for 10-15 minutes at a time for them to enjoy the outdoor air — but of course, I will also walk them.

Hi! I am Peaches. I am sweet and recently adopted 4 days ago. From time to time my mom will need help watching me or taking me for a walk. I was spade a few days a go so I am resting to heal soon. In January I will go to train to walk on a leash and learn some commands.

I have two adorable fur babies named Zeus and Roxy. We love to go on long walks and play tug. I live in Alexandria and work from home so I have more time to dedicate to my dogs.
