We're a military family who loves to travel. Libby came to us from a puppy mill with severe trauma. She is still more like a house cat and prefers calm, patient energy. She is great with other dogs and is intrigued with cats. She is too nervous and scared to be around children or loud voices.

Hi Everyone! My name is Lisa. I live in Fairfax, very close to Burke. We’ve lived in the area since 2016. Meet our dogs! Both are rescues we have had since they were around one year old. Milo: Milo is a mixed breed from Puerto Rico. He can be a little slow to warm up to new people, but once he knows you, he is very friendly and loyal. Milo is dog selective, but generally gets along with other dogs though it may take a couple days for him to settle. He is medium energy-likes to play, but happy to lounge around too. Moxie: Moxie is a shih tzu from Virginia. She loves everyone and is very low energy. She is the true definition of a lap dog!

I’m a home body who loves to spend time with Gideon! We play games of hide and seek, find it, catch, and much more. Gideon enjoys playing with other dogs who have the same amount of energy (he has medium/high energy). Wrestle and tug are his favorite games!

Hi! We just moved to Fairfax from D.C. with our 10 month old puppy Gracie. She is a terrier mix who is full of energy and loves all friendly dogs and people. We have watched dogs on rover for years prior to getting her and are now looking for care of our own as well as getting Gracie some playmates occasionally!
