She was rescued from a southern state so maybe that’s where she gets her southern hospitality? She can be a jump-kisser when meeting new people so be warned! :)

Hello, my Husband and I work from home and we usually take Mika with us on vacation. It happens though that we need to travel at the same time and need to find a home for Mika for a few days at a time. She’s not used to stay by herself for more than 2 hours and she is always close to us, she loves to play and hike. She’s quite energetic. She loves kids but she is is scared of large dogs. We also have 2 grown-ups daughters who love to play and cuddle her. We would hope to find a few trusted families in the DMV (hopefully not too far from Bethesda) that can help each other keeping each other’s dogs when their family is away. We always had dogs of all sizes at home since I was a child, I had my first dog at 13 and we are used to dog-sit for friends.

Hi! Mocha is a super friendly mini maltipoodle mix, she is active and gets along very well with kids. We have two very young kids who love to play with her. She doesn’t shed at all. We would mostly need help for Mocha during the summer when we go back to our country for a month every year, and can help with other the rest of the time!

Hi! My husband, son and I share a home with our dog, Meera, and two cats. I adore animals and have had dogs my entire life. Meera is a sweetie pie, she is not reactive and is great walking on leash. She can be shy around people she does not know and can shy away from big dogs. It will take her a bit to warm up. Once she gets to know you she is the ultimate cuddle bug. She is low energy and likes to just lounge around.
