My name is Jenn. I live with my husband and 3 kids ages 5,7,9. My kids are very mature and very good with dogs. My daughter especially. She will probably grow up to be a vet or run an animal rescue center. Our dog Aspen is 11 years old. He is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed at all. We adopted him 7 months ago. He was my aunts dog in Florida and she passed away. He is very social and great with kids and loves going to the dog park. He’s very good on walks and never barks at other dogs and is very friendly to everyone. He’s doesn’t like to be picked up and gets a little grumpy at night when he’s tired and wants to be left alone. He also sometimes gets my kids toys if they leave out stuffies, balls, or other toys. So if you have kids also that’s something to know. He has a lot of toys so I think he just doesn’t know the difference between his toys and theirs. We homeschool so we are home most of the day during the week. If my kids have a class we may be gone around 1-2 hours and we would put our dog and any dog we watch in a crate. We have an extra crate to keep them separate. We don’t crate our dog at night or any other time. He sleeps in bed with my daughter so any dog we watch could sleep with them but we can follow whatever routine you usually have with your dog. We love our dog and spoil him! We are hoping to find a good match to trade babysitting with. Sometimes we want to do a day trip or for future if we would want to do a weekend trip or longer week trip we need a good family to watch him so we know he’s safe and taken care of and loved as we love him. We live in a house and have a large yard completely fenced in
