Sonny fits his name - if he could talk, he'd have a heavy, tough NY accent. But you can't blame him as he lived on the street for a couple of years before being rescued in 2019. But don't worry about Sonny - he now lives the life of luxury filled with off-leash beach days every Wednesday, agility every Saturday and chill time at Dog PPL. While he is well trained with excellent recall & manners, he still has bouts of reactivity - especially with doodle puppies (can't imagine he encountered them on the streets of Central LA, but there you go). So we just keep our eyes open & make sure he stays out of trouble - stiff tail alert!

Dogs thrive in familiar environments. Staying with a trusted community member means your dog is in a neighborhood they know well. The sights, sounds, and smells are familiar, which can significantly reduce anxiety and stress, ensuring your dog feels right at home.

Participating in this community-based approach fosters a sense of reciprocity among dog owners. By entrusting your dog to a fellow community member, you're contributing to the well-being of other dogs in return. This sense of shared responsibility strengthens the bonds within the community.

Strengthening Bonds And Creating Lasting Friendships

Beyond the practical benefits, relying on your fellow dog owners for dog boarding helps build strong bonds and lasting friendships:

Shared Experiences

Going through the dog boarding process together creates shared experiences and stories that strengthen the sense of community. Whether it's a funny anecdote about a mischievous pup or a heartwarming tale of a dog's transformation, these shared moments create a sense of togetherness.

Support Network

Being part of a dog community means you gain access to a support network of like-minded individuals who understand your dog's needs. Whether you need advice on training, health concerns, or simply someone to talk to about your furry friend, the community is there to assist.

Social Opportunities

Participating in a dog community often leads to social opportunities, both for you and your furry friend.
