We are animal loving zoo runners and we have full time jobs on the side - we have a 1 yr old dog and a 4 year old cat and our lives revolve around them. We are lucky to have these adorable animals to share our lives with and are excited to be a part of this community.

We are a family of SIX plus Emma who completes us. I’ve had Emma her whole life. She’s about to be 16! She is older so doesn’t play much, her eye sight is going and her hips are getting sore but she’s still so strong and happy!

We found Chewie during COVID and he has been with our family since June 2020. I currently work from home and Chewie and I have been mostly with each other for majority of the day. He's not super social and only has a few friends he gets along with but he hasn't been to exposed to alot of other dogs and does have anxiety. My goal is to socialize him more with other dogs.

Hello! Nala is still a puppy and is eager for playdates in the backyard! She's sweet and loves to hang with other dogs. Still a bit of a remote control and cord chewing so some supervision is key!

I am a management professional who loves dogs and mostly works from home. My job takes me on the road that requires overnight travel. I also like to travel for vacation. Bodi is a 3 year old English cream retriever. He is afraid of little dogs for some reason as I think my neighbors dog traumatized him when he was a younger so he tends to shy away from small dogs. He prefers females, and bc he’s a male, initially with some male dogs he may play the dominance game. I watch that closely however. He is very friendly and loves to play with medium to dogs his size. So I am open to connecting with other pet owners with medium to large dogs. I have a cat who is very tolerant of dogs. I live in a walk up so I often walk my dog. My yard is fenced in, but not conducive to running around in so all the exercise comes from me which I don’t mind and one of the reasons I got a dog. I am excited to get to know other pet owners! Bodi loves people probably more that he does other dogs so he will be very loving to the humans.

Bruno is a two year old mini golden doodled that we rescued from a humane society. Bruno is full of energy and is very loving. Bruno is crate and house trained and listens to commands.

I got Olive 3 years ago, about 3 days after her leg was amputated. She is a rescue and was found in Oklahoma with a broken leg and it was not able to be saved. The day I took her home, she jumped on the couch to sit by me and she hasn’t left my side since. Olive and I spend most of the weekend at home, going to the dog park, long walks or going to the dog beach in the summer.

Hello! My husband Dan and I are from the north suburbs and we live in Roscoe Village in our dog Hector’s house. We love to travel and you’ll often find us out and about in Roscoe watching sports with friends or taking Hector to the park!

Hi! Alex and I live in Lincoln Park with our “mini” bernedoodle Sunny. He’s about 55 pounds and loves to play with other dogs. He goes to daycare 2x a week at Active Dog Chicago. He can be pretty anxious, especially with strangers, but is very loving and friendly with other dogs and people he recognizes.

I work both in and out of the home and would love for my dog to have some fun play dates. Ralphie can be shy and timid at first when meeting new people and dogs. But, after he has the space and opportunity to check things out for himself he warms up and is ready to cuddle or play.
