I’m a PA who works from home! Sometimes I travel for work and would need help with my senior dog.

Hi there my name is Ashley. I have a 5 year old standard poodle name Potato. I am also a nurse and have plenty of time to take care of the pups.I do live in a apartment but I take my pup out everyday for a least 2-3 hours and run him around. Your little one will be in great hands! I work at night so l'm home during the day and my boyfriend is home at night. I work 3 nights a week so l have a flexible schedule to be able to take your fur baby anywhere you feel comfortable. My dog is like my child, I will take care of your baby like he's my own. They are able to sleep on the couch and the bed. We go out an play for at least 2 hours a day and someone will always be home with them!

Both my dogs are sweethearts. Milo is submissive whereas Maple is naughty. I am just a mom who loves my kids endlessly

Alfie is a goofy, smart, and very happy dog. I am just like my dog minus the smart part.

Freya is around 3 years old and the friendliest dog you’ll meet. She’s the mayor of our local dog park and assumes all dogs are friends. She’s great with kids and very cuddly. She’s treat motivated, but very picky on everything she eats. She needs a solid hour of exercise a day, or she’ll explode. Luckily a trip to the dog park where she can play with the other dogs tends to do the trick. She’s very protective of her home and her front door, so expect barks when you come to my home, but she doesn’t do it anywhere else. We are going to have to work on that. She does 2 heavy sheds a year, then barely at all otherwise. I work from home during the day, so we would both love some company for her. I have a doggy door and a small fenced in backyard.

Hi! We are Anu and Dougie. We live in Southwest Austin and absolutely love to do fun things like playing in our pretty backyard, taking long walks to the park and playing brain teasers (specially the ones that involve food!) Dougie loves all humans, little humans, fellow dogs and is very laidback, trusting and loving. We would love to host a pup of similar temperament and have Dougie get to know them in their homes. Hi everyone! I live in the North/Central area. I’m a UT student and own 2 poodle pups. I’m interning at a company this summer and hoping to find somewhere for them to hang while I’m gone during the week. They’re sweet and friendly to people and dogs. I’m open to take over your pets over the weekend or holidays during the summer as I’m going to be busy during the week. But when the summer is done, I am open to host your pup any time. I live just upstairs from a dog park and can take them to play there a couple of times a day.

She is still in her puppy phase so has quite a bit of energy. She is extremely friendly with other dogs and people around. Loves to run away with shoes so watch out👀. Potty trained. She is a delight:)

We live in the spicewood springs area of Austin on a large lot, foster a ton of dogs and have 2 of our own precious adopted puppies Moose and Nala. Moose is a shy and mellow yet loving and obedient 8 year old lab hound mix rescued from a shelter in Waco since he was a puppy! He weighs 75 pounds, loves his home and family and is superb with other dogs and kids He is very soft mannered and submissive. He has interacted with a ton of foster dogs because we do a lot of foster and rescue work for multiple organizations. Moose loves to play ball and is very dependent on his older sister nala (my other 12 year old lab mix) he takes some time to warm up to people especially men. He is a medium energy dog that is happy to spend time at home but also loves to play ball in the yard and walks on the trail!

Hi there! My name is Alexis. I went to Texas Tech University and create custom dog toys for work. I work remote so I get to be home all day with my dog Teddy! He is 2 years old, absolutely spoiled and the sweetest dog I’ve ever had. He is very gentle, kind, and well behaved. I let my dog lay on the couch, watch dog tv and sleep in my bed. Teddy is pretty submissive but extremely playful and loves to have play dates and sleepovers with other dogs! I take him to the dog park multiple times a week to play and socialize 🐾

Marnie is a 8 month old golden doodle. She does have a lot of energy, but she is great with children and loves to cuddle. She can be left alone for 4-5 tops!

Coco is a friendly and easy going dog. He is non shedding and hypoallergenic. He gets along well with kids and other dogs. He’s never been around cats though. We love to travel but he hates even being in a car, so we’re looking for a friendly home we can leave him at. We’d be happy to board your dog! Coco stays away from the kitchen and all furniture(including beds, couches). He understands basic commands.. He’s been around our kids since they were toddlers and is always gentle, not an aggressive bone in him .

Oakley is a sweet boy who loves belly rubs and playing tug-o-war with his toys. He also likes to play fetch in the backyard and will sit nicely for a treat. He sleeps in the laundry room currently but not in a crate.

He is sweetest dog and loves cuddling. He will follow you everywhere and loves sitting beside you. Gets along with all dogs of all sizes.

Lucy is an active 2-year-old lab mix. She lives with her cat sibling Gracie in north central Austin, Texas. She loves to play with others and chase down tennis balls.

Hello! 💖 I’m Jen, Chloe’s mom. I rescued Chloe in 2017 from a shelter in rural Mississippi after she and her littermates were found living under a trailer park when she was just a puppy! She’s been by my side every day since. Chloe is the most well-behaved, angelic dog. I don’t know how I got so lucky. She’s travelled all over the country with me, she’s been on planes, she’s perfect off leash, and she loves adventuring. She’s truly my sidekick. I’m the cofounder of an equestrian technology company called Pegasus. We make it easy to host equestrian events and competitions. My fiancée and I moved from the east coast to Austin last summer and really love it here! Chloe too is a fan (except not so much of the heat). My fiancée and I live in a large luxury highrise downtown. We WFH and walk a lot. We’re right by the river so between needing work breaks, getting Chloe in shape (vet says she needs to lose a few lbs…), we’re a very active family.

I’m Eli, and I coach HS football. Cowboy is sweet and friendly dog and loves people. He’s also great with kids. Cowboy loves to play with other dogs and is well trained.

Kobe is a fun and very energetic dog who is very excited to meet new people and other dogs. We enjoy walking around the apartment complex and parks. We sometimes explore new trails on the weekend.

Toto is very sweet and friendly. He is well behaved. He had hips issues that why he not allowed to jump. He like to walk but just a block or two from the house. He like to lying on the couch. He like gourmet food from his mommy and goat milk every days

Dolly loves to love. She gets along with all dogs and is extremely playful

Calvin is house trained, obedient and crate trained dog. He knows most of the basic commands. He gets along with people and children very well. The only thing is he is a bit of a picky eater and picky when it comes to other dogs. Doesn’t bark at all in house but barks at other dogs or people passing by the house.

Hi there! I am a VP of Ops for a physical therapy provider. I travel approximately once a month out of state for 3-5 days at a time. I love all things outdoors. I’ve had Tabor since he was a puppy. He is the most lovable dog - content wherever I am. He loves chasing balls and going on walks. He never chews on anything except his own toys. He is just the best boy. I have a sitter who occasionally cannot keep him due to her travel. When she’s not going, she asks me if I need to go anywhere because she loves Tabor so much.

Timothy (Timmy) is my first dog! I got him from a local shelter when he was five month old. I think I was quite lucky; I don't think pups as adorable as he is stays in shelters for long before someone takes them home. I never considered myself a dog person prior to meeting Timmy. Now I can't help but look at all the dog that I can cast my eyes on.

Indie is a playful friendly dog and loves to play. She is a cattledog and lab mix and just shy of 2 yrs old. She’s crate trained and can be ok with potty breaks every 4 hrs or so.

Thor is an old man and he is pretty laid back. He comes with a muzzle because he is a but unsocial. He also fakes injuries when playing with big dogs and wanting out, so if he is limping don’t freak out.

I have 2 cute, easy to love small pups that are both about 12 lbs. They have fairly low needs and spend most of the day lounging... but they do enjoy people who give them attention and extra love. They've always gotten along with other pups -- have mostly been around other small dogs.

George is a very sweet mixed breed who loves to run and play, but is also very content being lazy. Rory is a big goofy boy who can be a bit crazy, but also loves humans and spends most of his day following you around :)

Dempsey is a 12yr old Chihuahua Yorkie mix with a unique personality. He loves his family to the moon and back, and terrified of other dogs/humans. However, once he gets a chance to spend time with you, he is the sweetest. He is potty trained, has good eating habits (strict diet of his own food), and so lovable.

Very friendly with kids, other pets including cats.

Gabbar Singh is a free-spirited, high energy and (mostly) well behaved puppy. He is motivated more by loving affirmations than treats, and we think that’s a wonderful thing. Gabbar understands basic commands like sit, stay, come, and stop. He enjoys playing tug-of-war and sometimes fetch when he is in the mood for it. He enjoys three walks a day and two meals a day.

We are a animal loving household. All our pets are adopted. They are loved by every human. They have a free roam of the first floor in general are free to go to yard anytime. Our dogs get along with all humans and dogs. Sailor is approx 8 and Gus is our foster dog that’s approx 2.

I live in Circle C with my family, and we are outdoor people and take Timo with us to all the possible places. He likes to walk, and in the morning and evening, we take him for big rounds, and in the afternoon and early evening, we give him small breaks in the backyard. He still has a lot of puppy energy and loves to play with other dogs.

My husband and I moved to Northwest Austin in 2023. We work in tech, love hiking and the outdoors and have a 2 year old shih tzu, Momo. While Momo is great with other dogs once he’s met them, he is anxious and has not been around kids. He does not do well at dog parks.

Me and Luna are from Brazil. I stay home the whole day with her and try my best to not leave her alone, but I am training her too for a few moments in the day so she can tolerate being alone for awhile. Luna is 8 years old and blind, but she behaves as she is not 😅 She’s very sweet and love being around with people and get along with other dogs. She likes walking even though she is slower now because of her age and her blindness. She’s my therapist, my best friend and my baby.

She loves to play and be around people, especially if they’re petting her and giving her attention. She gets a little nervous around bigger dogs, but will never bite. She loves walks and toys and looking out the window 💕 I am 27 and a teacher and private tutor, so I’m gone a bit during the day. I love music and cooking and finding new parks to explore around Austin. (:

We are an easy going and loving family of three based in Austin. We are looking forward to hosting your playful pups and want to ensure they feel comfortable and at home! Romeo enjoys going to daycare and car rides. He is silly and plays great with others! He is crate trained for up to 4 hours; however, we usually bring him along if possible! He prefers to sleep in the bed at night but will adapt to house rules quickly and is treat motivated. He is great at relaxing at home especially after exercise and loves slow mornings sunbathing on the balcony using his XL doggie door. There is a generous greenbelt space right downstairs behind our unit for plentiful (leashed) potty breaks. We have a quiet walking trail close by for long walks. We will send lots of pictures and would love to receive the same! Please note: we are unable to host dogs that have excessive barking habits due to strict apt policy.

We are Caitlyn & Phillip and our two aussies are Rigsby and Rebel! We own a house off of Riverside Dr. with a fenced in yard that the dogs love to play in. We also keep them active with walks, runs, and a ton of trips to different dog parks. The two dogs have very different personalities. Rigsby is 8 years old so she is pretty chill and doesn’t require a lot! She loves to sleep and go on walks and will just hang out all day if you wanted. Rebel is 1 year old and still has plenty of energy! He’s very well behaved but does require a good amount of attention and exercise. He LOVES other dogs and will wrestle, chase, and play all day. Ideally, you have an active dog who loves to play a lot as well so that your dog essentially does the work of keeping Rebel busy and tired out for you! Both Rigsby and Rebel can be trusted at home roaming around for a good amount of time/a typical work days hours.

Hi My boy iroh is 3 years old and we are looking for potential playmates for iroh. Iroh is a goofball and he loves other dogs. He has had a hip replacement but he does not let that stop him from having fun. He doesn’t enjoy rough play much. He loves exploring and going on walks. He takes a few mins to warm up to strangers and responds well to treats. We are in the north austin area and are looking for playmates and potential boarders for iroh and vice versa.

Charlie has lots of puppy energy and loves to play all day with other dogs and humans alike. He loves fetch, sparring, and cuddles. He can communicate with buttons and knows 9 words that he uses accurately. He's also super chill when its not playtime. I'm looking for some new friends who Charlie can hangout with during the day at least one day per week. I'm also interested in a mutual dog-sitting arrangement, where we take turns looking after each other's dogs when one of us is out of town.

Willie is quiet and well-behaved. He spends lots of time sleeping, especially if he gets a good walk or dog park visit daily. Willie also loves attention and will plop his chin on your lap for head scratches. Vices include squirrels and paper products.

He is a sweet boy, however he has separation anxiety and also has had some trauma from his previous foster home. He loves people, but not other dogs so much. Meet Eli and Rizzo - two gentle brow-brothers who are always looking for new friends to play with in our backyard or yours. These lovable boys will steal your heart. Eli (the gentle giant) loves fetch, water and long naps on the bed. Rizzo (the spunky spaz) loves playing with other pups and zooming around the back yard playing chase. We have two young humans at home (girls 4 and 1) who love cuddling with their furry buds so these dogs get along great with young and older kids alike. These boys do great with just about any friendly dogs out there and are very easy going/easy to care for. Please note, these dogs would not do well in a home with cats.

I would love to be able to meet some like minded pet parents so when I do travel on the rare occasion, I can actually feel comfortable and confident for my dog's well being. Howdy y’all, I’m Laura! My husband and I live in Barton Hills right by an entrance to the Hike and Bike Trail. I’ve been a dog walker/ sitter for a few years on Rover, and just learned about this app! I love how community oriented it is! As a sitter, I’m happy to take your dog on regular walks and provide lots of love! My husband and I work in a hybrid format— some days we work from home, and some days we go into the office. Our condo has a dog door that opens into a small fenced yard. Levi is a friendly, social, and high energy pup! He would love to play with your dog, and also prefers to be around humans as much as possible. Levi is best behaved when he goes on 2 walks a day, or when he has a high energy dog friend to play with. He sleeps for most of the day in between walks. Levi is potty trained and can be crated if needed (although he won’t love that if your dog gets to be free!) :) We look forward to meeting y’all.

Hi, I’m Erin and my pup’s name is Kaido (pronounced like Fido but with a K). We love going paddle boarding together and Kaido loves hanging out with other dog friends. We often go for walks together in the neighborhood or the walking trails near Circle C. Kaido gets very excited when he meets other dogs, and some dogs find that a little annoying. We also have a small dog door that leads to our fenced backyard, so Kaido spends most of his days running around the yard to his hearts content.

Bunny is the snuggliest little gal who loves to play with stuffies, squeak toys, and steal socks. She is obsessed with belly and ear rubs but will take any affection you’re willing to give. She loves to love! She loves other pups but nothing compares to a human hug.

Birdie & Penny are the most cuddly loveys. As Vizslas - they are beautiful to watch run and amazing velcro dogs.

Mochi is a sweet, cautious but playful Golden puppy. She plays with our feral cat "Cowcat" often but looking for some good times with another calm and chill pup. She is rarely alone, gets plenty of walks, love and attention. She likes to go to sleep in her crate at night and never wakes you up in the morning.

I have a fenced yard and lots of trails out my back door for doggy hikes. My parents are both veterinarians so I am a HUGE animal lover!

Churro is goofiest fur baby! He is about 70 lbs but very gentle he still thinks he is a puppy. He loves to socialize with other doggos in dog park and on walks. At 1.5 years he is almost an adult but still shows some puppy energy at times. Usually he is snoozing after a good meal, keeping entertained with squirrels and loves neck scratches + belly rubs.

I'll write something better later! Oliver (age 6) is 75% cuddles, 20% impressive athletics and 5% naughty. Will do anything for favorite fetching ball. Giuseppe (8 months) is 15% cuddles, 25% borking at shadows and reflections, 10% trying to figure out how to be like big brother; 15% envy of big brother, 20% looking for and finding mischief, and the rest just laugh-out-loud adorable puppy antics. I suspect he is part fish based on how much he loves water.

Hi fellow pawrents! Sir Fluffers was a rescue who found me during Covid and is now a spoiled baby with a literal bookshelf for his treats and toys. His favorite things are food, long walks to sniff everything, and cuddling.

Mya and Milo are the sweetest labradoodles you may ever meet. They sleep hard and play hard. Very well behaved, they love to snuggle, and are truly the best companions. Our dogs LOVE other pups and are very welcoming and playful. We have a big, fenced-in yard for them to run and play.

Chicken has the most enchanting pair of eyes I have ever seen. They are deep, soulful, and radiate an undeniable intelligence. The color of their eyes is a mesmerizing mix of blue and gray, which seems to change and sparkle in different lights. It's as if they hold a universe of emotions within them, expressing love, curiosity, and an unwavering loyalty that is truly heartwarming. But there's so much more to my Chicken than just looks. Their personality is a treasure trove of joy and affection. They are my constant companion, always by my side, ready to offer comfort and companionship. I have 3 littles and a beagle who are all very social. I have fostered over 100 dogs so they are use to new dogs coming and going. They are all older so naps are very important to them.

Hi! My husband and I have two fur babies. We're wanting to travel a bit more and looking to find another dog family to swap doggie care with. We have 2 smaller pups, Tito (chi-mutt) and Luna (chihuahua). Luna can take a little bit to warm up to others, but is a sweetheart once she does. Tito is our Eyore and likes to do his own thing (won't play with other dogs, tends to ignore them). They both love going on walks, to the dog park, hanging outside in the backyard and cuddling on the couch with us. Both are potty trained, and crate trained. Tito does well in the car, Luna will get car sick on long rides without dramamine (both the vet and the dog park are close!! Lol). Both do ok with cats; however, will give chase if the cat starts running. We have birds at our house (in cage), so our hosting preference would be for other pups that aren't fixated on the bird in the cage (this would probably take a visit to determine). Other than that, we're open to trading care with small-medium dogs that are potty and crate trained.

Hi! My name is Marina and my dog’s name is Busty. He is a shy 3 yr old shepherd mix pup. He loves to go on walks and play with other dogs. Busty is a rescue and needs time to warm up to others.

I work from home most of the time, so I'm around a lot during the day. We have a fenced in yard for the dogs to run around in. Mila is 6 year old lab mix and loves people. She goes to daycare once a week so has lots of experience with different dogs. She is good with cats but has limited experience with small kids. We have a cat in our home so your dog would need to be okay with cats. Mila is crate trained but we don't have a crate in the house anymore.

Melo is such a fun and friendly pup! He always sweetly greets new dog friends with a bark or sniff, then takes off running to a "safe spot" person for comfort and reassurance. Melo loves to play with his toys, give everyone kisses, get belly rubs, and take naps. He'll often be found laying in the sun in our backyard, looking for birds and butterflies.

My dog is a very friendly but rambunctious mutt. He has never met a dog he doesn’t love! We are also working on training using an E collar.

Hi! I have a 6 month 45 lb goldendoodle named George. He goes to daycare during the weekdays in east austin, but it would be nice to have an exchange with someone who could take him for nights when I’m traveling for work. You’d ideally leave him from 9-5 at his daycare (at 12 St and Chicon), where they exercise him, and then take him home at night (which is helpful for getting your work done during the day without him needing constant attention). He generally just eats and crashes hard in the evening. I work from home so I’m happy to host an older dog (3+ years old). But sadly no puppies at the moment since my hands are already very full and I need to be able to concentrate during the day! :)

Single, empty nester, doodle loving mom! I work from home and love to take dog walks throughout the day. I recently started making homemade dog food and treats for fun! I don’t leave my dog alone more than two hours at a time but she is house trained and has never had an accident.

Burrbon the goldendoodle is 35-40 lbs, two years old. Seth and I have 4 kids between 11 and 19. We have a great fenced yard where our dog loves to run and play.

This is my sweet girl Polé (pronounced Poh-lay), which means “take it easy” in Swahili. She is a goofy 20 month old Wirehair Pointing Griffon who loves all dogs and all people. I have a house with a fenced backyard and a doggy door in Central Austin and Polé would love to have other pups for sleepovers and play dates. She loves playing tug-a-war, frisbee, fetch, and absolutely loves swimming.

My wife and I live near Walnut Creek park and would love to meet other furry friends in the neighborhood! Fun Facts about Boba. Boba LOVES food, people and all other furry friends 🙂. He also loves going on walks, hikes, playing fetch, and meeting other dogs. Boba is generally excited / energetic when it is playtime but he is super chill throughout the day while we work from home. At home, he is a sweet couch potato who loves cuddling and belly rubs. About us: my wife and I live in a spacious single family home with a big fenced backyard and very close to dog parks and trails. We are looking to connect with dog parents in the neighborhood for regular play dates and occasional vacation swaps.
